How does the game work?

In Reason it out, players are challenged with realistic cases from general healthcare (AGZ) or mental healthcare (GGZ). Through interactive scenarios and questions, players must apply their clinical reasoning skills to arrive at the right solutions. In addition, developing a personal view on clinical reasoning is an important element of the game, so players not only improve their skills but also shape their own perspective and approach through discussions and propositions.

The game includes four categories: knowledge questions, action questions, perspective-forming questions, and case-based questions. The game ends (after approximately 60 to 90 minutes) once you have collected two cards from each category. After that, each participant answers the question on the closing card individually. As an extra option when playing with multiple groups at the same time, you can prepare a final pitch: each group presents the key findings. Together, decide what the main takeaway from the game is—for example, its usefulness for educational purposes and team building.
